To ask a question using Community Answers, you must login to the website. After logging in to the website, all you need to do is enter your question in the ask question text box on Community Answers main page.

After entering the question and click next, a new page will be displayed that will ask you for more description, if any, and the category that your question closely matches. Select the category and click submit and the question is saved instantly.

Community Answers suggests possible matches to the question you are asking just below the form mentioned above. If you find a relative answer, you can simply click on it and avoid the same question asked again.
