Can't erase categories

I am trying to erase my categories and start from stratch. Although 2 categories are showing on my front page, they are not showing in administration page. http://www.makeoverfitness.com/fitness-answers.html
Also when someone types a question, they are not able to select a category even when I add them.

    Old version of CA has a bug that makes your categories not visible when created. You need to edit ans save again to get them visible. This has corrected in new version.

    Second, make sure you have given the permissions to the desired user groups in category edit page. Leave the permissions user groups box empty if you want to give permissions to everyone.
