How to change system message?

Hi, I would like to change the system message for community answers from "You do not have enough permissions to perform this operation. Please contact site administrator" to "Login or Register to Ask a Question"

Also, is there a way to redirect my users to my rockettheme popup module the has the memberlogin/register form instead of being directed to the system message? Something like vark.com. When a user ask a question without logging in, it redirects them to a popup box with the option to login or register.

    You can change the language strings in the following file
    Joomla 1.5 - languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_communityanswers.ini
    Joomla 1.6 - components/com_communityanswers/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_communityanswers.ini

    You need to edit the code in many places for that. The best way is let us do it for you (CA own login module). Please post feature request on tracker.
