I have paid my subscription of $24.95 and can get into the downlaods area but I can not find Article tools Pro which is what I wanted! ?? I can see it for J1.5 but not j2.5 which is what I use.

It is redesigned as Article Suggestions module and plugin. You can do everything what article tools pro does along with additional features which you can configure.
