Error: cannot call methods on button prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'loading'

Hi,

I've installed Community Quiz 3.5.3 with com_cjlib_v2.2.9 on my Joomla 3.3.6 site. I'm using a T3 template that loads boostrap 3.

There were no errors during installation or quiz creation.  I published the quiz using the form module and it appears as expected.  However when I click the "Next" button it throws the error above.

I've tried:

  • two simple forms; one with a single radio button group and the other with a single checkbox
  • enabling and disabling loading bootsrap with CQ
  • disabling jQuery-UI. I already have a workaround in place for the button conflict with bootstrap but I tried this anyway

Can't seem to get it to work. I'd appreciate some advice; the product looks like it will do just what I need.
