1. How can I remove the top bar? At first, the bar did not show up, then all of a sudden, it showed up! I must have touched something that made it appear.

2. Article count for users dont update unless I hit the button to Sync users.

3. Badges and points are not updating. (I already set up the rules and configured each one).
