date / time format not 'translated'

Hi,

in the Netherlands we use a different date / time notation then in the rest of the world.

The date / time notation should be configurable because it is not correct.

I have attached a screen capture to show.

It is: november 27, 2010, 12:55 am

it should be: 27 november 2010, 12:55 (=24 hr notation)
