Unable to Add Tags or Submit Article

When I click Submit an article - I get the form.  But I am unable to add tags and nothing happens when I hit submit button. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My Config-  Latest CJLib API, Latest CJBlog, Kunena, Have created the menu for CJBLOG, I am logged in with SuperUser ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
