Hi i have few joomla categories and want what users post their blogs only in Blog category. so in configuration  Im add another categories in Exclude Categories but users can choose any another category, when i previously use cjblog in joomla 2.5 how i remember when user  create blog he cant choose any another category because i set use only Blog category.

now i use latest version joomla 3.4.8 with gantry 5 template and cjblog (last version) and i cant understand why user can choose any category im something missed or its some bug?
