I have searched the forum and saw this thread https://www.corejoomla.com/forum/support/cjblog/14898-error-1054-cjblog-easyprofile.html which seems it's the same error that I'm getting but I have carried out the settings you mention but still get the same error. I even setup an 'About' field in EasyProfile and included this within the config settings, as per attached screenshot.

What am I doing wrong, as it makes sense for me to use Easyprofile as I'm already using this for my whole registration, login, membership pro features and it just seems right I use it for cjBlog too?

If you need to login to take a look in the backend, please use the same details sent through a few hours ago to your 'Contact Us' from the email address that is attached to this CoreJoomla account.
