is there an option to disable the panel heeading titel with forum main hompege?

Just cosmetics. My URL is a long string and in mobile view it will force a line break. I don't need people to see this heading, since they already know on which site they are ;) If possible, I don't want to hack core, rather CSS solution or option in backend.
