Following the recent update I noticed that the very latest topic does not show in the latest and trending module unless the user is logged in. I also found that the date of the last reply is not shown when show date in config is set to yes, change to no and date reappears.

Using jooomla 3.9.1 and PHP 7.3

I did think the Php version may have a bearing so put it back to system default of 5. something, no change though.
