odd Message response for admin account

After latest Joomla 3.9.12 update, I got this message up after doing a test reply:

The address 192.168.88.61 is not in the database.

Reply successfully submitted

...

This reliably comes up when posting as site super admin. Regular users do not get this message, instead they get the normal

Access to viewing replies is restricted.
