Hello,

As it stands now, if Users A and B subscribe to a category, both user A & B will receive notifications of new questions are asked. That's fine.

If user A answers a question however, both user A AND B will be notified of user A's answer. Can I suggest that notifications are excluded from the author of an answer (or question). Otherwise, an author will be notified of his own answer (and possibly question, haven't tested question).
