Few problems in installing community asnwers components/plugins/modules

1.) For Alpa user point plugin:
Cannot find joomla xml setup file.

2.)Jomsocial Rule:
How to install this component.

3.) After downloading file from Acesef:
System says: Unable to detect file.
error installing COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_ACESEF_EXT

4.)For plg_jc_communityasnswers.zip:
I didn't find any such folder like components/com_jcomments/plugin

5.) plg_cbanswers.zip:
Install cannot find joomla xml file.
