Now that CA is using bootstrap can you tell me the proper way to override the css for it? You mentioned in the release notes for version 2 that it no longer supports themes directly, yet there is still a theme selector in the component options. We're looking to style both the component and the module. Also, regarding the module, I noticed that it renders as a table structure now. Is there no way to have it render as a list as the previous version?
