when sh404sef enabed for CA, if user submit question that is not English and have no number in it, then all the question url link will be like this:

http://www.mysite.com/question-and-answer/view.html

directing to wrong question. there should be unique number generated for each question so that a unique url can be created for non English question.

Please fix this.
