WHY WON"T COMMUNITY ANSWERS WORK?

Have you checked that your site is running with the minimum system requirements? There are some simple steps you can take to Help narrow down the possible issues before calling for Tech Support help by checking your Minimum Server Requirements for your site installation. By making sure these requirements are up to date you can resolve common problems with CoreJoomla products.

Where in Joomla can I check to see if my site has the minimum system requirements?

Joomla Administrator > Help Menu > System Info - This will show the information and values for your current site. NOTE! You may have to upgrade to the latest MySQL or PHP. If required, you must ask your hosting provider for assistance to make the necessary changes. Once upgrades are made check to see if the issues have been resolved. If not, then post a request for assistance from CoreJoomla.

Your Joomla site requires the following software to be installed.

1. Joomla 1.5.15 or above
2. PHP 5.2.0 or above (As it uses JSON requests for Ajax) or PHP 5.x with JSON PECL extension (http://pecl.php.net/package/json)
3. MySQL 5
4. CoreJoomla jQuery Plugin (Can be downloadable for free from core plugins group.)
