When we try to submit a new question, our "ask question" link does not do anything. We can click the cancel button, which responds appropriately...

We had a problem with our categories showing up in the dropdown box originally, but it seems that the categories only show up if we choose public permissions. We only want registered users to be able to post/see any questions... but right now, we can't even ask a question even if we are logged in.

On the ask questions page, before we click the "ask question" link, we noticed an error in IE at the bottom left which states:
