I`ve played with your new version of Community Answers, great job, but seams that you need to update the sh404sef plugin for it once you have added the "tags" feature, the sef urls created for tags does not look alright, can you have a look ?

Example of non-sef link for tags:

index.php?option=com_communityanswers&Itemid=103&id=1&lang=en&task=tag&view=answers

Seams that sh404sef gets confused and use the Id=1 from question and not the tag id
