after upgrading 1.5.5 to 1.7.1 the answer page is broken, it shows only the DIV for the question without the rest of my site/template and no css is included.

as well as when I press the ask button, it only shows the ask question form and nothing else.

Tried cancel Recaptcha which didn't help.
once I put back the directory from 1.5.5 which I saved, it all loads as normal.

EDIT
I have tried to change 1.7.1 folders with 1.5.5 and these are the folder that when changed back from 1.7.1 to 1.5.5 allow the comp' to work normal:
controllers folder
views folder
models folder
communityanswers.php
Only after I moved these folders from the 1.5.5 comp' to 1.7.1 the comp' showed me the question page as it should.
