There's a small bug in admin new question email: there's no link to question itself. I mean that in this line:

EMAIL_NEW_QUESTION_ADMIN_NOTIFICATION="<p>Hi Administrator,<p/><p>%1$s submitted a new question <b>%2$s</b>. You can view the new question at the following location.</p><p>%3$s<p/><p>Have a good day.</p>"

Nothing appears for %3$s. Same thing with notification email, when question needs approval.
