Hi guys,

I've just installed Community Polls v2 and I'm using Joomla 2.5.4

I'm trying to remove a few elements on the forms.php page for when the user creates a new poll.

I just cant seem to figure out exactly what lines of code to remove because when I remove what I think the entire form stops working.

I have attached an image below to show you exactly what fields I would like to remove.

Please can someone let me know what lines need to be removed in the PHP file?

(I especially have an issue with removing the Add Media URL button).
