Dear Admin,

Kindly be noted that I have an survey which includes open-ended questions in which users add their comments in arabic language. As I view the consolidated report, answers are shown in Arabic without any issues but when I export them into arabic...All the arabic written sentences are shown as symbols. 

Kindly for your quick reply and action in order to solve this issue.
