I had this error over two years ago with an older version of Community Polls and now I have it again. I have never had this error with any other component and haven't made any Joomla core changes. I am not using sh404SEF so there shouldn't be any URL issues on that end. I am on Joomla 2.5.17, installations of everything up-to-date.

Clicking back after the error and then refreshing the page reveals that the poll has indeed been created. But I can't allow the community to use the component until it is working properly.

Can you please advise. Has anyone else had the same issue? Thanks.
