Hi,

I use Community polls on my website and it's a real success: more than 94 000 polls have been created so far.
But with this success comes a lot of work to moderate the polls. Users make a lot of spelling mistakes and ask questions that are prohibited.
So I'm wondering if I could make something like this:

1) Before the user submit his first poll, he should accept the rules. He can create polls only if ha accept
2) After I have unpublished x polls of a users, he cannot create more polls and he have to accept the rules again

This way, we can be sure that the user know what he can do or not with the polls.

Is that possible ?
