Hello CJ community

I hope you can help me I am new to community polls and trying to get my first poll integrated into my website.

I have created the poll with single answer selection template, and I have embedded the poll into a custom html module for display on my site (using the example polls specific ID)

The problem I have is that the answers to the poll are not showing to the right hand side of their selection buttons but instead beneath them which doesn't look as nice. I have attached an image so you can see a) what my situation is b) what I would like it to look like based on the demo version.

My site is on joomla 3.7 and php 7.1.
