I was posting a poll using the random module, and when the user would vote
the following error would occur:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

(Note: I was able to resolve this part by removing a different module from the same page view-- conflicting java/ajax/whatever stuff-- still, really annoying to have to do this)

To make matters even MORE annoying, using the mod_communitypolls module, the module is IGNORING my permissions settings. I have it set so any registered user can vote and view results, but only publishers can create, edit..

Well, registered users are issued a 403 page -- not authorized to view this resource!
