I have just installed Community polls for joomla 1.6 on our test site and there does not appear to be the permissions/group lists available.

...<snip>... You can set the default groups that needs the access in each category.

Nor is "Permission Settings" available or displayed in the General Configuration tab.

Any ideas on where or what I am missing?
