I have upgraded to Community Quiz v2.0.0.rc2 and now I am not able to take the quizzes.

I open to take a quiz there is a quiz description and at the bottom there are home and continue buttons.When I click the continue button I am taken to a response form for that quiz which is a blank white sceen.

I also wanted to ask why there is no Feature Requests category in the forum for Community Quiz whereas other products have this category.
