Add below strings in administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_communityquiz.sys.ini

COM_COMMUNITYQUIZ_SEARCH_VIEW_DEFAULT_TITLE="Search"
COM_COMMUNITYQUIZ_SEARCH_VIEW_DEFAULT_DESC="Display advanced search form to search quizzes."
