hello, 

1/ i try to create quiz in front end

ACL is ok because, i am super user

2/step 1  is OK

but in step 2 the top bar appear (picture 1)  ...and disppear...(picture2) in 1 second AND i cannot create the rest of the quiz

3/in backend quiz are create but without questions and answers

(it is the first time i am trying to create in front end a quiz)

(pictures are in with french language)
