Community Quiz 4.6.5 Email Notification not sent

Hello, after updating Community Quiz to version 4.6.5 I noticed that ending a quiz as user in last page, browser stuck for minutes with "wait.." message and email notification is no more sento to quiz creator, nor is appended in CjLib API Email Queue.

Shall I uninstall and reinstall component? I am still on Joomla 3.8.4 shalI I update to 3.8.5?
