[solved] link to "my response" (single) creating error

hello maverick,

after updating CQ from 4.6.0 to 4.6.5 - the links for a previous response to a quiz (taken by the user) is showing a blank page with the following message: 

Error: Call to a member function getState() on boolean: Call to a member function getState() on boolean

i'm reffering from the links to a single response from the "my responses" page (which is showing ok).

this is on a site in development with no overrides for the component or layouts.

please advise how to solve this.
