is it possible to exclude members etc from submitting a quote?
I bought it because vip quotes wasnt available for 1.7

And how its build now, it misses some things..
like adding quots from the backend...

im using it for...."what other people say", but im putting all quotes in myself..
so it does misses some flexibilty
