Error: 10301 - No survey found. in Survey

Hi there,
I am a new user and getting an error message displayed

Error: 10301 - No survey found.
I have created a survey, so as far as I am concerned its there?

Anyone knows what this means or what I have to do in addition to just creating the survey?
