Hi and thank you for this amazing extension!

I have a suggestion about an useful new feature...

In the invitation page of a survey there are some ways to invite other users: by email, user groups, AcyMailing, etc.

Should be very great if I can enable or disable (for all surveys, by a list of options in the admin's general options panel of the component) some of invitation systems.
