Hello,
Using Community Surveys 3.6.3 (even though it says 3.6.2 in the backend) for Joomla 3.
If a survey is set to have no restriction (by IP, cookie or username), and a guest tries the survey, then all is well.
However, if a guest on the same network reattempts the survey, then the results page shows and the user is told the his has already filled out the survey and to contact administrator. If I clear the Joomla cache however from the backend, then the guest user can proceed with reattempting the survey.
