When a user clicks on a survey, the page is blank. (It won't even load the debug info from Joomla.)

I've checked the permissions on the survey. I've checked to make sure that the link on the menu is the correct language.

I'm running Community Surveys 3.6.6 on Joomla 3.3.1.

I've checked the error log, but there is nothing there.

It's behaving the way I would expect a php page to fail, but without an error showing up in the log.

This is a fresh install, so I'm perplexed as to what is going on. Suggestions?
