Hi,

I have created a test survey and then gone on to try and take it. When I finish the survey and click either Save or Finish I get the same error message:

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again.

Then the survey takes me back to the first page with the Confidentiality etc.

How do I correct this?

I upgraded the surveys component yesterday, but did successfully complete one earlier today. I used Firefox to take the survey.
