I'm having a weird issue, when I try to submit a new survey. When I try to add any type of question, it adds the line but never refreshes and gets stuck with the line "Please wait..." - Same result when I try to create a new survey from the admin section.

I have tested in 3 different browsers (Chrome, FF, IE) and all same result. Tested demo site and same result... any ideas?
