I like to find out in which file should I put in javascript validation. I have a question type where there are 3 pre-defined answers, each with a text box, and the person taking the survey is supposed to key in a number against each answer. The total of the number must equal to 10.

For example, the person keys in
- first answer is 3
- second answer is 2
- third answer is 5
Therefore, the total of the answer is 3+2+5 = 10

Now, I need to put in a javascript to check if the total is 10. If it does not equal to 10, then the respondent must enter the numbers again until the total is 10.
