Stuck in “Please Wait” when adding component to survey form

Stuck in "Please Wait" when adding component to survey form

Hello, 

I've just bought Community Survey v.3.8.0. I've installed the components on Joomla 3.3.6.

But when I am trying to add component. It says "please wait". I've waited for 5-10 mins, but no luck, it stays on "please wait" dialog box. I also have installed newest CJLib v.2.2.6.
