Is it possible to enter paper responses into the community surveys form? The online private survey is restricted to username so once the name has entered once it is then prevented from answering again.

In reserve I have created a copy survey which will have no restriction and the person with the paper survey responses can then key in the answers. Ideally we wanted all the answers in one form, but this may not be possible. If it can be done, that would be great.
