My survey is now coming along, that I'm able to access it from the modules and so on.

I've just tested the survey by filling it in, I selected "Finish" button at the end but then it takes me to an Error: 100 as you will see in the attached screenshot, do you have any idea what this is. It's only on my survey page, nothing else.

Maybe if you can take the survey here, you will replicate it at your end.
