I have searched the forums and the documentation for this but can't see to find anything to be able to try.

I'd like to show the survey page names, on the actual live frontend survey at the top of each survey page questions.

If you look at the attached screenshot, you will note the highlighted are top right... the 'Organisational Structure' for e.g. is what I need to show, not the page number, is this possible Maverick please and if so how?

Currently it just looks to a responder that it's multiple pages made up of same or similar things, when actually it's not and is divided over very specific pages, that are page named and hence I need to show the page names but can't find an aption for this.
