I am trying to use a Community Survey, together with the component Zoo.

To view the survey using module  Сommuniti Surveys Form and plugin "[loadposition xxx]".

Survey  displayed normally. But when I press the button to "continue" the output message:

"An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again."

And a survey is not completed. Can I do something about this?
