Hope you're able to help with me the following issues -

1) Categories: Even though categories and ACL have been set up correctly and all are showing on the main page for CS, the Category dropdown box in Create Survey is still not showing the relevant categories/subcategories.

2) Discover dropdown does not function even after it is clicked and I have tested this on multiple browsers/platforms/machines.

3) Any way to disable Redirect URL within Config so that front-end users will not be given that option?

4) Is publish time server-based?  If so, I will need to highlight that to front-end users.

5) What is Add to Root under Category and can it be disabled to front-end users?

I suppose you'd need access to my site on the back-end.  Will send you the details separately.
