Hi,

I am using the survey form on some of my content pages but when a user clicks to take the survey it just hangs - nothing happens. If I go into Community Surveys/Options and turn on debugging, it seems to work.

Additionally, when I click on reports and go to view consolidate reports I get the following error message:

 Anerroroccurredwhileprocessingyourrequest. Pleasetryagain

My survey only has 2 questions (text responses). 

I have also tried other test surveys and I get the same problem.

This is fairly urgent as its live. Can you help me?
