I downloaded the latest version GeoLiteCity
and put it in media/com_cjlib/geoip/GeoLiteCity.dat

but unfortunately, when rendering a report all IP addresses belonging to Russia not shown. The component displays a message that the country is not known. As far as I know GeoLiteCity supports Russian IP address.

what could be the problem?
